Nude + Beach
I can’t stop thinking about the beach, the sea, and heading back there as soon as possible.
Here is the same two minute sketch from my last visit to the Life Drawing Club to which I’ve added waves at the shoreline.
The sketch is a pencil drawing which I scanned and then painted over digitally.

Jenny,
You were impressed by the seashore, so where is the golden sand, the sun, the blue waves, the breeze holding up a child’s kite. The beach with the nude shows some motion of the waves. This elongated nude with her dark gray seems made of stone instead of flesh. Do not leave a void here, I would like to see what you saw and experienced at the seashore not the studio. With your interest in plants and medicine, surely, you would have noticed seaweed, kelp or other plants washed up on the beach and/or floating in the water. As always, I am an admirer of your work.
